PSY* 163 Children with Disabilities Credits: 3
This is a general introduction to children with disabilities, their families, and their education, focusing on all exceptional students. The course includes discussion of the psychological, medical, and sociological aspects of children with disabilities and their relationships to family, community, and especially educational systems. The course emphasizes the inclusion of children with disabilities within family, community, and school. Prerequisite: Eligibility for ENG* 093 or above
